The announcement of the preliminary list is aimed at ensuring that engineers of both genders are afforded the opportunity to participate effectively in selecting their representatives on the Board of Directors, and to support the organizational process of the elections by providing accurate and clear information relating to individuals eligible for candidacy and voting, thereby fostering confidence and enhancing interaction throughout all stages of the electoral process. The Supervisory Committee invited all members to review the list via the website allocated for the elections.

The Committee clarified that objections are available to all candidates and voters, whereby objections to candidates shall be submitted through the following website: https://boardelections.saudieng.sa , while objections to voters shall be submitted via the following email address: Election9@saudieng.sa. It further stated that the deadline for submitting complaints, objections and grievances shall be Saturday, 6 December 2025.

The Council affirmed that the organization of the electoral process and the announcement of the preliminary list reflect the ongoing commitment to developing the engineering work environment and enhancing the participation of engineers in the management of their professional affairs, thereby contributing to the achievement of the Council's objectives and to the improvement of the quality of the engineering sector in the Kingdom.
