In its continuous effort to improve the quality of its services and enhance communication channels with its beneficiaries, the Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE) has announced the trial launch of the "Virtual Appointment" service. This new digital service allows visitors, engineers, and other beneficiaries to book appointments online and communicate directly with the Council's specialists through video conferencing technology.
The service offers beneficiaries significant flexibility in completing their transactions remotely without the need for in-person attendance. It also provides a secure and easy way to exchange and share electronic files and documents, which will help expedite procedures and reduce the burden on beneficiaries, in addition to increasing the operational efficiency within the Council.
The SCE confirmed that this trial phase aims to test the service and measure the satisfaction level of beneficiaries through their feedback and suggestions for its development. This will pave the way for the official launch in the near future, positioning it as one of the key digital tools supporting the Council's technological transformation journey.
The launch of this service is part of the Council's strategic direction to promote digital transformation and adopt the latest technologies to meet the needs of its members and align with the objectives of Saudi Vision 2030, through innovative services that ensure ease of access, speed of completion, and efficiency of communication.
