      It is a membership provided for non-engineers who are interested in the engineering sciences so that they can benefit from the SCE membership.

      What are the conditions for attaining the following classifications (Associate – Professional – Consultant) after being granted the membership?

      Associate Engineer: Passing the Fundamentals of Engineering/Architecture (FE/FA) examination.

      Professional Engineer: A minimum of five years of documented experience in the relevant specialization, in addition to passing the Principles and Practice of Engineering/Architecture (PE/PA) examination.

      Consulting Engineer: A minimum of five years of professional practice at the professional level, or at least ten years of total professional experience, in addition to passing the Principles and Practice of Engineering/Architecture (PE/PA) examination.
